Sky Broadcast Box -Matchday Hospitality

Everton Football Club has kindly provided the use of the Sky Broadcast Box in the corner of the Mainstand and Park End for the use of the Everton Former Players Foundation on Premier League matchdays that it is not in use by Sky tv.

The Sky Broadcast Box has an excellent view of the pitch if not the best view in the ground.

The first home game of the season against Q.P.R. saw the first group of fans take their places alongside Everton Legend and hero of the 1966 Cup Final Derek Temple who acted as host on behalf of the Former Players’ Foundation.

Apart from the result the day went well. The party of ten fans were able to gain access to the box from 12 noon and as well as Derek they had a host of former players pop into say hello. John Bailey, Duncan McKenzie, Jim Pearson, Mark Higgins, Cliff Marshall, Mike Pejic, Alan Ainscow and Bob Latchford all made their way along to chat with the party of fans.

Anyone interested in using the box, which would be excellent for birthday parties or any Evertonians wishing to watch the match from an unique vantage point, can check the availability of the box on this website. See the Information pages for details.
